As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Brand recognition and online reputation.
Leading and Managing Multifamily Lease Up.
All aspects of leasing including; generating new leads, touring prospective residents, converting prospects into new leases.
Creating, and distributing approved marketing material for new prospects, existing residents and local merchants.
Accurately process new lease applications, generate leases for new residents and lease renewals for existing residents.
Full Leasing Reporting Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications 4
years of experience on-site leasing Lease Up Experience Self-motivated Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Proficient in property management software, report writing, and office suite Customer service skills and experience Experience with Rent Manager preferred Professional References Job Type:
