We are currently seeking a dynamic leasing consultant with experience in the property management industry to assist in all operational and financial aspects of our newly acquired 434 unit property in Central Islip, NY.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Brand recognition and online reputation.
All aspects of leasing including; generating new leads, touring prospective residents, converting prospects into new leases.
Creating, and distributing approved marketing material for new prospects, existing residents and local merchants.
Accurately process new lease applications, generate leases for new residents and lease renewals for existing residents.
Work with the maintenance team on daily service calls; scheduling and complete follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
Full Leasing Reporting Compliance with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations.
Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications 2
years of experience on-site leasing Self-motivated Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Proficient in property management software, report writing, excel, and word Customer service skills and experience Job Type:
