Developing and rendering legal opinions and strategies, and drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, briefs and detailed reports to clients.
Requirements:
Admission to the New York State Bar Admission to Federal Courts ideal Detailed, analytical thinking Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Litigation Proficiency with technologies Salary:
Commensurate with Experience Part-Time will be considered under the right circumstances.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
