We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician with the ability to work on supermarket, warehouse, commercial & industrial refrigeration & A/C equipment.
Ability to work on large package rooftops, HVAC units, split systems & controls.
Ability to diagnosis & trouble shoot equipment.
Knowledge of HVAC repairs, installations & Preventative Maintenance.
Duties:
- Install and maintain refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings - Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems - Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, motors, or valves - Test refrigeration systems for proper functioning and efficiency - Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations - Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems - Proficiency in air conditioning and HVAC/R systems - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints - Skilled in diagnosing and repairing refrigeration system malfunctions - Familiarity with the design and operation of various types of refrigeration equipment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and customer service skills Full time position, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm with possible overtime.
Rate of pay determines upon experience.
